How do i choose a package?
Start with condition. Classic is a fresh-up; Premium adds real interior and clay: Signature is restoration/preserve; Prestige is a consultation for correction and coating.
How long does a service take?
Most jobs take 2-4 hours depending on package and condition. We will give a realistic window when booking or on-site.
How do I pay?
We take all forms of payment; Cash, credit card, check, and digital apps. Before or after.
TRANSPARENCY
What affects the price?
Two vehicles of the same model can take very different amounts of time. These are the factors that move a quote.
Vehicle size
A three-row SUV, minivan or crew-cab truck has far more glass, carpet, and painted surface than a compact sedan. More surface means more time.
Interior condition
Sand, spilled drinks, food residue and long-neglected cabins need multiple passes of steam and extraction before they read as clean.
Pet hair
Hair woven into carpet fibers is removed mechanically, not just vacuumed. Heavy dog hair vehicles routinely take add an hour or more.
Stains and odor
Surface soiling lifts quickly. Stains that reached the foam padding require extraction cycles and ezymatic treatment.
Mold or Moisture
Damp carpet, a leaking seal or a vehicle left closed in humidity needs evaluation before any quote is honest.
Paint Condition
Bonded contamination, water spots, and swirl density determine whether the paint needs a wash, a polish, or multiple correction stages.
Level of correction / protection
A wax is minutes of work. A sealant is longer. A coating requires prepared, corrected paint and controlled conditions.
Specialty Treatment & Added Time
Engine bays, headlight restoration, ceramic leather protection, road tar or paint, heavy tree sap, biohazard and cleanup are scoped separately.
Oversized, exceptionally dirty, contaminated, or specialty vehicles may cost more. Final pricing reflects vehicle size and condition, and we confirm it with you before the work begins.
HONEST EXPECTATIONS
What detailing can - and cannot - correct.
Knowing the limits up front is part of doing the work properly.
Cleaning vs. permanent staining
What we can do: Extraction and steam remove most food, drink, dirt, and body-oil soiling from carpet and upholstery.
What we can't: Dye transfer, bleach marks, ink and long-set staining can be reduced but may not lift completely. We say so before we start.
Odor treatment vs. material replacement
What we can do: Odor is treated at its source with extraction, enzyme products, and steam-- not masked with frangrance.
What we cant: SUV,When contamination has soaked into foam padding, insulation, or HVAC system, the affected material may need replacement.
Polishing vs. deep scratches
What we can do: Machine polishing levels swirl marks, light scratches, and haze within safe clear-coat depth, restoring gloss and clarity.
What we can't: A scratch you can catch a fingernail in has passed through the clear coat. Polishing can soften its appearence,not erase it.
Water spots vs. etching
What we can do: Fresh mineral deposits on paint and glass are dissolved and polished away. Important for tinted windows and dark paint.
What we can't: Spots that have etched into glass or burned into clear coat under sun may remain visible after correction.
Mold treatment vs. water damage
What we can do: Visible surface growth is treated with a fungicidal cleaner, extracted, and dried, and the moisture source is identified where possible.
What we can't: Vehicles with standing water or saturated padding need interior disassembly or replacement, which is outside a deatail. We do not make guarantees.
